Accessibility Statement

internhunt is operated by Speedway Labs LLC. It is meant to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, use magnification or voice control, or prefer reduced motion. This page states what we aim for, where we currently fall short, and how to tell us when we do.
The standard we aim for
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the bar most accessibility laws point to, and it is the one we hold new work to.
What we do
The interface uses real semantic structure and labelled controls, so a screen reader can announce what each part is. We build every control to be reachable and operable by keyboard, with the focused element visibly outlined. Colour is not the only way information is conveyed, and we check text contrast against the AA thresholds.
Motion respects your system setting: when your device asks for reduced motion, entrances and parallax are turned off and content appears in its resting position rather than animating. The site also works with JavaScript disabled well enough to read.
We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Those do not fix the underlying code, and we would rather fix the code.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing, not a finish line. What we know today:
- A full keyboard and automated-accessibility pass is still in progress. We will list specific issues here as we find them.
- Third-party application forms that internhunt helps you fill in are outside our control and may not meet the same bar.
We update this list as we find and fix things.
Telling us about a barrier
If something is hard or impossible to use, email support@internhunt.co. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you can. A person reads these.
We will acknowledge within 2 business days and tell you what we are doing about it. If we cannot fix it quickly, we will help you get the same result another way, including working through your profile with you directly at no charge, whatever plan you are on.
