internhunt is small, so the address on this page reaches someone who can actually change the thing you are writing about. There is no contact form and no ticket number.
What to include
- Something filled in wrong
A form got an answer wrong, or left one blank it should have filled. Tell us the company, the role, and which question. This is the most useful email you can send us.
- Billing
A charge you do not recognise, a refund within 7 days of your first payment, or trouble cancelling. Include the email on the account.
- Your data
A copy of your profile, or deletion of your account and files. We answer these ourselves rather than making you find a form.
- A barrier to using the site
Anything hard or impossible to use with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. Tell us the page and the assistive technology.
