Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

internhunt is operated by Speedway Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("internhunt," "we," "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Speedway Labs LLC. By creating a profile or an account, or by paying for a plan, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use internhunt.

1. Who can use internhunt

You must be 18 or older to use internhunt. That applies to the free tier as well as to paid plans. internhunt is not for anyone under 18, including under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly let anyone under 18 create an account. At sign-up we ask you to confirm you are 18 or older. We store that confirmation. We do not ask for or store your date of birth. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

internhunt is offered to applicants in the United States. We do not offer it to people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and access from those regions is not permitted. We may refuse or close an account we believe is being used from them.

You must give accurate information about yourself and keep it current.

2. What internhunt does

internhunt helps you build one applicant profile and reuse it to fill in internship application forms, and it ranks public listings against your profile. It is a tool that prepares applications. It does not apply for you.

internhunt covers internships based in the United States. We do not list roles outside the US.

3. You submit your own applications

internhunt fills a form in and hands it back to you. Reading the answers, correcting anything that is wrong, and pressing submit are yours to do, every time. Nothing here submits an application, and nothing here is designed to.

4. Accuracy is your responsibility

internhunt can get things wrong. The answers it proposes from your resume or from a conversation are drafts for you to confirm. You are responsible for reviewing every value before it goes onto a real application, especially work authorization, education history, dates, and any other attestation you are signing.

5. AI, and what it does not do

internhunt uses AI to read your resume, to score public listings against your profile, and, on paid plans, to draft cover letters and application essays. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is sent where.

AI can be wrong. Every value it proposes and every paragraph it drafts is a draft for you to check, correct, and approve. You are the one signing the application, and you are solely responsible for what you submit under your own name.

internhunt will never fill in an attestation for you. Work authorization, citizenship, sponsorship, clearance, consent, and equal-opportunity questions are yours alone. internhunt will never submit an application for you. An optional question you skip is left blank rather than guessed at.

internhunt does not make automated decisions about you. It ranks listings for your convenience. It does not evaluate you, and it does not report anything about you to any employer.

Some employers restrict or prohibit application materials produced with software assistance. Checking an employer's rules and following them is your responsibility.

6. Acceptable use

Use internhunt for your own genuine internship search. Do not:

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You can delete your account at any time.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of your resume, transcript, portfolio, and everything you write into your profile. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate internhunt for you, including sending relevant portions to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and our providers are not permitted to either.

You can leave your work authorization answers blank and still use internhunt. You can get a copy of your profile, and delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not upload anything you are not permitted to share.

9. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Free tier. The free tier is free and stays free. We may change what it includes.

Paid plans. Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method the plan price shown at checkout, on a recurring basis, until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month. Yearly plans renew every year. Stripe's checkout page shows you the price and the billing period. Before you complete payment you must tick a box that states the amount and cadence and that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then. We do not prorate a partial period, and we do not put a retention offer in your way.

Renewal reminder. For yearly plans, Stripe emails you before each renewal with the date and the amount.

Refunds. If you are not happy with your first paid period, email us at support@internhunt.co within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Price changes. We may change plan prices. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the new price will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not want to pay it.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, Stripe may retry it, and we may suspend or downgrade your paid features until payment succeeds.

Taxes. Prices shown exclude tax unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any sales or use tax, which we will add and collect where we are required to.

Usage limits. Each plan includes a stated number of applications a month and other limits. Limits reset each billing period and do not roll over.

Cancelling does not delete your data. If you want your profile and files removed, delete your account. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Beta

internhunt is in beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. Data may be lost. Scoring, limits, and pricing may be adjusted. We will act in good faith and give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can, but you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

11. Other companies and job boards

internhunt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, job board, or applicant tracking system it reads listings from. Company names and marks appear only to describe where a role was posted and remain the property of their owners. We do not guarantee that a listing is genuine, current, or still open, and we have no control over any employer's hiring process or decision.

12. Our intellectual property

internhunt, its software, its interface, its question set, its scoring, and its name and logo are ours. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own any part of it.

13. Feedback

If you send us an idea or suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything for it.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where we are required to by law. We will refund any unused prepaid period unless the account was closed for a breach of Section 6. You may close your account at any time.

We may discontinue internhunt entirely. If we do, we will give reasonable notice, refund the unused portion of any prepaid period, and give you a reasonable opportunity to export your profile before it is deleted.

15. No warranty

INTERNHUNT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that a listing is current or accurate, that a role is a fit, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any value or draft it produces is correct, or that using internhunt will lead to an application being accepted, an interview, or an offer.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER SPEEDWAY LABS LLC NOR ANYONE ACTING ON ITS BEHALF WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOST OFFERS, LOST DATA, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO INTERNHUNT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO INTERNHUNT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

This includes anything contained in an application that you reviewed and submitted. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speedway Labs LLC and its members and personnel from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of internhunt, content you upload, or anything you submit on an application.

18. Disputes

Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, email us at support@internhunt.co describing the problem and what you want. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

Arbitration. If we cannot, you and we agree that any dispute relating to internhunt will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Travis County, Texas, or conducted remotely at your election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND AN ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS.

Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Opting out. You may opt out of this Section 18 by emailing support@internhunt.co within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with your name and the email on your account. Opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Where Section 18 does not apply, the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to that venue and waive any right to a jury trial.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. For changes that materially affect your rights or what you pay, we will give you notice by email at least 30 days beforehand and, where required, ask you to accept the new terms before continuing. Continued use after a non-material change means you accept it.

21. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about internhunt. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may assign these terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign yours. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. We may give you notice by email or in the product.
